Delivery Options
Please note, lamps are fragile in nature. High value items and some products, such as tubes, can only be delivered by courier, to reduce risk of damage in transit. Simply select your preferred delivery service during the checkout process. For your convenience we offer five delivery services:
Same day courier
For urgent deliveries that you need straight away; located 20 miles north of London we can deliver to most parts of the UK within hours. Contact us directly for a price.
Next Day
If you place your order before 3pm we can deliver next business working day to most UK destinations. Please note our carriers deliver between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. Saturday delivery options are available at extra cost. Please call the sales office to arrange a Saturday delivery.
Royal Mail Service
For standard delivery below 4kgs and within Royal mail packing and delivery guidelines then service is normally (2-3 days) We can also offer a Special next day delivery service before 1pm.
Europe & International
Please contact us for a price on delivery, which will be costed according to weight and dimensions of the goods ordered, as well as the final destination and service requried.

Delivery Terms
We are able to ship items by post to most destinations in the UK, using our standard UK 1st class delivery service 1-3 days. Limited to a max of 4kgs in weight.
The courier service is a 1-2 day service, dependent upon the region in which the destination is located in the UK. Most destinations are next day delivery. The Highlands and Islands regions of the UK will receive a 2-3 day courier service in this instance.
Certain items, such as fluorescent tubes can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. Items delivered by courier require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available between 08:30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday at the designated address to take the parcel. We want your parcel to be delivered to the right place, in one piece and at the first attempt. If you need your parcel delivered on a Saturday morning, please inform us, as there is an additional charge for this service. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to make alternative arrangements. They may re attempt delivery same or next day and also re-card. If no contact is made within 3 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
Europe, Overseas & Worldwide Deliveries:
Please contact us by phone + 44 (0)1462 490066 for a price prior to completing your order. Prices quoted here are valid for UK mainland only. If you complete the order without obtaining a delivery price first, we reserve the right to charge any additional delivery costs or reject the order.
Stock Levels
We endeavour to keep our shelves full. However, occasionally demand outstrips our supply. In these instances, we shall inform you and if there is an excessive delay (28 days), we will give you the option of receiving a full refund or accepting alternative products (if applicable).
Lead Times
From time to time we run out of an item. Here is a little guide to help you identify a lead time if we are not showing enough stock for any products:
- Bell - We order Monday, Wednesday & Friday from Bell for deliveries Wednesday, Friday and Tuesday respectively.
- GE & Sylvania - We order Tuesday for delivery 48 hours later & Thursdays for 48 hours later.
- Osram - We order daily for delivery to us 5 working days later.
